- User data is isolated by account through multi-tenant isolation — your data is never accessible to other users.
- All data transmission is secured via HTTPS/TLS encryption.
5. Third-Party Services
SelfAgentic relies on the following third-party services to operate. Each has its own privacy policy governing its use of your data:
- Supabase — Authentication, database, and data storage
- Payment Processors — Payment processing and subscription management (coming soon)
- Anthropic & OpenAI — AI model providers. Conversation data is sent to these providers for processing agent interactions.
- Slack — When the Slack integration is enabled, message data is exchanged with Slack's API to facilitate agent interactions in your workspace.

- Account data is retained for as long as your account remains active.
- Chat history is retained according to your configured preferences and settings.
- Token usage logs are retained for billing and auditing purposes.
- Upon account deletion request, all associated personal data is permanently deleted from our systems within 30 days.
