1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the SelfAgentic platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the platform. These terms apply to all users, visitors, and anyone who accesses the service.
2. Description of Service
SelfAgentic is an AI agent platform that allows users to create, configure, and deploy autonomous AI agents. Agents can interact via chat, Slack, and other integrations. The platform provides tools for agent management, model configuration, token usage tracking, and third-party service integrations.
3. Account Registration
By creating an account, you agree to the following:
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and credentials.
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration.
- One account per person. Multiple accounts are not permitted.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, whether or not you authorized it.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use agents for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
- Attempt to bypass token quotas or rate limits
- Share API keys or account credentials with unauthorized parties
- Use the platform to generate spam or malicious content
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract proprietary systems
- Overload the platform with excessive automated requests
Violation of these acceptable use policies may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
5. Subscription & Billing
SelfAgentic offers multiple service tiers with the following billing terms:
- Free tier — Includes a one-time token allocation. Once your allocation is exhausted, access to AI features will be suspended until you upgrade.
- Pro tier — Monthly subscription with automatic renewal at the start of each billing cycle (coming soon).
- Overage charges — Usage beyond your plan's included allocation will be billed per usage at the applicable overage rate.
- Cancellation — You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Refunds — No refunds are provided for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
6. Intellectual Property
- The SelfAgentic platform, including its design, code, and underlying technology, is our proprietary property and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- Agent configurations, custom prompts, and data you create on the platform remain your property. You retain full ownership of your content.
- AI-generated content — You retain rights to all outputs generated by your agents. SelfAgentic does not claim ownership of content produced through your use of the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
SelfAgentic is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
- AI agent outputs, including accuracy, completeness, or appropriateness of responses
- Integration failures with third-party services
- Data loss or corruption
- Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform is limited to the total fees you have paid to SelfAgentic in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in activity that is harmful to the platform or other users. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:
- Your access to the platform will be revoked immediately.
- Your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Any outstanding charges will remain payable.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Your continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules.
